Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bible Reader Offline mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The English language version of these Terms and our Privacy Policy governs your relationship with us. You may use an automatic translation tool to view the documents in another language. Any further translation revisions will be posted on this page.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Bible Reader Offline on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, and as permitted by the Apple App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Scripture and Content
Bible text and other materials available in the Service may be subject to copyright or licensing terms of their respective owners. You may use such content for personal study and devotion as permitted by applicable licenses. Mass redistribution, commercial republication, or other uses outside the scope of those licenses may be prohibited.
Accounts and Purchases
Some features may require an account or in-app purchase. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Refund requests are generally handled through the applicable app store. We are not responsible for billing errors attributable solely to the store platforms.
Advertising
The free version of the Service may display advertisements. Ads are provided by third-party networks and may be personalized based on your device settings and applicable consent choices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or ten U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Application.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
